i changed the staters, coil, plug, cdi box, kill switch, key switch, and the hole wirering harness does any one know what else i could do  

check the wiring under the headlight.
if it's come discconnected it wont start.  there are two wires for the ignition switch, and three i think foir the headlight although one is a ground to the frame.
if you are close to the chattanooga area drop it by I guarantee you we'll get it running in no later than 30 minutes.
i have rewired one these completely, and can do it in my sleep.

also check your coil power wires.  makes sure they aren't disconnected or full of mud or water.
the connectors on all the wiring are really bad about corroding, so take a piece of fine sand paper if necessary and clean them all.
