I have a 700 Twin with EFI.  After 46 hours I have had problems with the fuel pump and my local dealer has changed it 3 times.  I got it back from the dealer in good running condition and after 25 miles had the same problem.  Now I am told I have bad ejectors and another $250.00 bill.  Has anyone else had issues like this.  Polaris Corp. refuses to help me on this issue as I have written a letter to the President Mr. Bennett Morgan and spoke to 2 customer service reps with the same response of we can't help you the machine is "out of warranty period?!"  I have spent over $13,000.00 with Polaris over the last 3 years on 2 quads and I expected a little better from them.

I LIKE THE BIKE BUT THE DRIVE LINE AND TRANS. MAKES A LOT OF NOISE. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAME ITS NORMAL BUT I THINK DIFFERENT! I HAVE RODE ATVS SINCE I WAS 15 YEARS OLD AND I'M 50 NOW AND HAVE NEVER HEARD ALL THIS NOISE BEFORE. I THINK THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL ON THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE I HAVE GONE AND RODE A COUPLE OTHERS SINCE, HONDA AND YAMAHA AND NO NOISE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY THIS IS OK ON THE NEW POLARIS.
I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR BACK FROM YOU ON THIS BECAUSE I'M VERY UNHAPPY. I CANT TAKE IT BACK AND THEY WONT FIX IT JUST STUCK WITH IT, AND THE BAD THING IS I GOT 2 700 SPORSMAN 2007 AND WOULD TRADE BOTH OF THEM FOR MY HONDA BACK IF I DID NOT OWE $14,000 ON THEM, SO THAT MONEY IS WASTED TILL THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. I THINK IT STARTED WHEN POLARIS CHANGED OVER TO A NEW SYSTEM IN 2005 500CC UP. I LIVE IN SPRINGDALE, AR AND LIKE TO DO A LOT OF HUNTING AND FISHING SO IF ANYONE SEES ANY BUZZARDS FLYING AROUND STOP, IT COULD BE ME BROKE DOWN BECAUSE I’M PARAPLEGIC AND CANT JUST WALK OUT SO HELP ME OUT. NEXT TIME YOU RIDE ONE LISTEN TO IT. THEY WILL TELL YOU ITS WITHIN SPECS. BUT WHAT ARE THE SPECS AND I HAVE NEVE RODE ANY OTHER 4 WHEELER WITH THIS PROBLEM BEFORE INCLUDING POLARIS TILL THEY CHANGED TO A DIFFERENT SYSTEM
