Does anyone have any idea why my 06 450 hangs up in low and high gear.  after it reaches about 5000rpm, it acts like it shifts and then accelerates normally.  

For anyone following this that may end up having the same problem.  It seems to have been the 3 nylon ramp buttons inside the driven clutch.  I replaced them, they were pretty worn, and it seems to be woking fine.
