ok i work on hotrods all day thats my job but this little bugger is getting the best of me . it sat for two years drained the fule cleand carb (twice) and finaly noticed the electric starter plunger dosent move up or down even under direct power from the batt. dosen anyone know if the needle should be up or down while running if its supolesed to be down im just gona plug the hole let me know if it will fix it.
